Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project/Communication Manager to join our team. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

Promotions Management:

• Design and oversee promotional activities, ensuring they are effectively communicated across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align promotions with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications or project management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• The Mandarin language is a plus.
