We are now looking for a Sales Manager to develop and expand B2B sales relationships with global companies, selling participation in leading marketing and business development events worldwide, as well as tailored social media marketing solutions.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales plan to grow B2B client relationships globally
- Selling conference and exhibition participation at leading business development events worldwide
- Offering consultative sales solutions for global companies looking to expand in China and beyond
- Generating new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and follow-ups
- Closing deals effectively and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Traveling internationally on a regular basis, with the flexibility to spend up to one month abroad at a time

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager – Global B2B Business Development role should have a combination of sales expertise, international business experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for travel and networking. Below are the key qualifications:
1. Sales & Business Development Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Experience in selling marketing, social media, business development services, or event sponsorships is a plus
2. Communication & Language Skills
- Excellent professional English (written & spoken) is a must
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills – able to confidently communicate with senior business leaders
- Experience in consultative sales – providing tailored solutions to clients
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, French, German, etc.) are a plus but not required
3. Entrepreneurial & Self-Starter Mindset
- Highly proactive and goal-oriented – takes initiative and drives results independently
- Able to create and execute a sales plan while staying accountable to targets
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and making high-level business decisions
4. Travel Flexibility & Global Business Exposure
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Flexibility to spend up to one month abroad for business meetings and events
- Experience working with international clients and diverse business cultures
5. Tech-Savvy & Organizational Skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and digital outreach tools
- Highly organized with the ability to track sales leads, follow up, and maintain accurate records
- Strong time management skills, capable of balancing multiple deals, clients, and travel schedules
