Job Description

• Work with management and collaboratively with other consultants to develop strategies and ideas for activity development for U.S. college admissions
• Support students with brainstorming, editing, and revising college application essays.
• Brainstorm strategies for activity development and consult clients on college admissions and professional advice
• Manage and oversee the progress and status of all clients to ensure that all requirements are being met
• Conduct regular advisory meetings with students and regular update meetings with parents
• Maintain a strong quality for all projects and written work while meeting all given deadlines
• Conduct research in US higher education to maintain up-to-date news and improve existing database
• Conduct consulting meetings for potential students.
• Help students who may need support for interviews.
• Occasionally participate in seminars covering various topics related to studying abroad and US admissions

Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker (English as first language)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education consulting, international schools, or a related client-facing role (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills (essential)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Changning District, Shanghai, China (200052)
